This mod does exactly what its name advises;

Asphalt blocks are marginally shorter than the standard block level, which allows you to create curbs and sidewalks for a more practical look. Sidewalks act like stone blocks but not quite the same. Also, they are standard height blocks. And curbs are simply just mounted on asphalt but are their own blocks.
This mod runs great with any sort of vehicle mod that gives cars. You will properly drive through your metropolitan areas in a far more natural fashion.
